Large multi-functional arena with state-of-the-art sound and video systems and a Jumbotron. Hosts boxing matches and basketball games (8,362 seats), concerts (10,045 capacity), ice events, hockey and figure skating (8,400 seats), car shows, circus and fairs.

From initial point of contact to contract and final settlement, coordinated graduations, banquets, weddings, shows, concerts and conferences for the arena’s Convention Hall, 400-seat Performing Arts Theatre, 3 meeting rooms and private boardroom

Hired, managed and inspired 100+ staff of ushers, concessions, security, parking and EMTs offering exceptional event coordination. Created event sheets for setup and teardown, housekeeping, audio-visual, F&B, event security and parking.

Secured outside vendors for production, sound, lighting, riggers, stagehands and loaders and cross-trained Operations for smooth, efficient conversion of concert, hockey, basketball and convention hall setup.

Led weekly production staff meetings coordinating with Operations regarding main facility and campus setup and necessary equipment distribution providing self-created AutoCAD maps for future events.

Executed contracts for large-scale, complex full-service meetings, conventions and events and negotiated terms and pricing of vendor partner agreements and service agreements with affiliated companies and organizations.
